>Rotate the volume knob clockwise to raise the volume of the soundbar.> Adjust the volume on your device.>Adjust the volume on the playing player.> Re-insert the USB plug.

> Make sure that the Speaker is on Bluetooth Pairing mode (Bluetooth blue indicator flashes fast).>Make sure the Bluetooth of the Speaker is not connected by other devices.>Disconnected the Bluetooth connection to all the device,research"MF01" to pair with.> Delete "MF01” memorized on your device, then search for "MF01" and connect again.

A1：It's the ”Max Sound “Prompt of the computer speaker.If the sound is still low, please adjust the "computer sound"

and the "App sound " to the max volume .

1.Plug the USB Plug to the computer USB port,Such as desktop,laptop,tablet etc,the computer speaker defaults to"PC Mode"with voice prompt, you should press the"M"button to switch to"Bluetooth Mode".
