Can GC313PRO charge multiple devices simultaneously and support fast charging?
Yes. Ensure your charger supports 100W output, 5A cables, and USB PD 3.0. Incompatible chargers may cause slow charging or damage. GC313/GC313PRO does not support QC, AFC, Warp Charge, or similar protocols.
What is the maximum resolution output supported by the HDMI port on the GC313PRO?
Display Resolution: 4K@60Hz (SDR 4:2:0) Audio Format: L-PCM (16-bit, 20-bit, 24-bit)
Why do I only see a black screen in the software preview with no error messages?
If your preview shows a black screen, check: 1) Privacy settings, 2) Content restrictions (e.g. Netflix), 3) Conflicting apps, 4) Antivirus interference. Close other apps and ensure camera access is allowed.
Why is there no display even after connecting the GC313PRO?
1) Ensure your device’s USB-C supports DP1.2 or Thunderbolt 3+. Use the included C-to-C cable. 2) For GC313PRO, disable HDCP if shown. 3) If issues persist, reconnect the GC313PRO and power it on again.
